It began with Entire OnHire, where we transformed the job market by enabling workers to take charge of their own careers in the casual employment landscape. That legacy continues with XeopleRecruit, streamlining the recruitment process for permanent placements and internal hiring.

Backed by core values that (literally) spell out who we are, Xeople is committed a future that’s built one module at a time. When our customers saw game-changing benefits from our mobile-optimised solutions and user-friendly framework, we could just have stopped there. But we kept evolving and stayed in-sync with a booming labour hire sector.

How it all started

Like all of the greats… it started with a garage and a vision of how the future could be. Blake Thomson and Sachin Nischal have shared a passion for business efficiency and empowering people since 2015. Along the way, they have built an incredible team to bring the vision to life, creating a revolutionary end-to-end software solution for on-hire staffing agencies in Australia. Our Milestones

2025

Xeople celebrates the “Year of X” as an acknowledgment of 10 years in the Australian market. 2025 also marks the rollout of Entire OnHire’s most innovative version since inception Version X, with major interface changes and long-awaited features.

2024

XeopleRecruit is launched to the Australian market.

2023

Exclusive beta access is granted to a handful of recruitment agencies to trial the first product built on Xeople technology: XeopleRecruit. Feedback from these clients enables crucial changes to be made to the platform ahead of its public release.

2022

To acknowledge the new multi-product business direction, Entire Software Pty Ltd is rebranded as Xeople Global Pty Ltd. To better reflect the product’s hero functionality as a workforce management platform for on-hire staffing, EntireHR is renamed as Entire OnHire.

2021

EntireHR* is selected as the official tech partner for the RCSA’s Surge Workforce program, created in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2020

Sachin and Blake start dreaming up an expanded future for their business. With development still in full swing for EntireHR*, new developers are hired to begin working on a new SaaS platform, named Xeople.

2017

Entire Software* moves from the garage to a proper Australian office with the hiring of its first onshore team member. The team in India continue to build new features to open EntireHR* to the hospitality and education sectors.

2016

With a successful first year of business in the nursing sector of temp staffing, Blake and Sachin decide to broaden the scope of the platform to suit other health industries including aged care, disability care and community services.

2015

This industry disrupting platform is named EntireHR* and is launched to the Australian market. Years into beta testing, the platform gets its first genuine client.

2014

After road testing the platform within an Melbourne-based nursing agency and implementing user feedback, the software is rounded out with payroll and invoicing capability. To provide a best-in-class employee experience, the team creates a market leading mobile application for workers: The Workforce App.

2010

Having identified a gap in the RecTech market for temp agency software, Blake Thomson and Sachin Nischal team up to build a comprehensive workforce management platform. They set up a headquarters in Sachin’s Mornington Peninsula garage and a development centre in New Delhi and they get to work. Entire Software Pty Ltd* is born.
