Like all of the greats… it started with a garage and a vision of how the future could be. Blake Thomson and Sachin Nischal have shared a passion for business efficiency and empowering people since 2015. XeopleRecruit is launched exclusively to Entire OnHire customers as an integrated ATS, recruitment CRM. Customers can now enjoy a comprehensive, integrated software solution for casual on-hire and permanent placement with the game-changing experience of a shared database.
3 years from conception, a working prototype of the new platform is launched now officially called “Xeople”. Through a limited access Beta Program, several new clients sign up for early access to the first product built on the new platform.
Throughout the challenging Covid period, Entire continue to grow and support clients in critical industries, with the software managing thousands of essential workers across Australia. In addition, Entire works with the RCSA and Victorian Government on the Surge Workforce Project, successfully placing healthcare staff into covid shortage facilities.
After attending an Entrepreneur event in USA, the founders decide to re-invest for future growth. The team begins prototyping a revolutionary a new platform “Entire 2.0” that will allow them to scale their impact internationally and change the world of recruitment.
Two years in, Entire has cemented its reputation as the best end-to-end system for complex, fast-moving workforces. Client base expands into the blue collar and enterprise space.
With the success of the platform, Entire hires its first Australian staff members and moves from the garage to its own office! The development centre in India continues to grow as Entire moves into new industries and require new features to suit the hospitality and education sectors.
Co-Founder Steve retires. Sachin and Blake now run the business. Entire expands into more staffing industries including locum, disability care and community services.
A new company is established to hold the IP, Entire Software by Steve, Sachin and Blake. Blake makes the decision to leave his masters degree to focus on the business. Entire signs its first Beta client – another agency in the nursing space.
Successful release of the full product, including world first fully native mobile apps and a custom built payroll and invoicing engine.
First iteration of Entire is released and implemented into the nursing agency. Blake Thomson, a recruiter in the family business and Steve’s son, joins the Entire team to facilitate UI design and implementation.
Steve recruits Sachin Nischal, a programmer from India to head the development of this new product. Sachin puts together an internal team in India to bring the product to life.
