Sachin Nischal’s journey from aspiring cricketer to technology leader is a testament to determination, innovation, and intense hard work. Growing up in India, he dreamed of playing professional cricket but at 16, he realised his true talent lay in technology and problem-solving. With no computer at home, he wrote C and C++ programs on paper, determined to master software engineering. That curiosity led him to complete a Master’s in Computer Applications and launch his own software development company, building Enterprise solutions for schools, manufacturing plants, and businesses. In India, Sachin saw the limitations of the future he could build for himself so he sold his company and migrated to Australia, taking on a door-to-door sales job to support his family. The experience hardened his resolve and shaped his belief that success is built through people, not just technology.

His next step came when he met Blake Thomson inside the family-run healthcare recruitment agency. The two quickly realised they had the same vision but opposite approaches—Blake focused on the “Why,” while Sachin mastered the “How” (they agreed on the “What”). When the agency needed a prototype software solution to streamline workforce management, Sachin built what would eventually become Entire OnHire—Australia’s first all-in-one workforce management platform. As Chief Product & Technology Officer, Sachin ensured the platform could scale to serve high-compliance industries like healthcare, education, and construction. As Entire OnHire grew, so did the vision—there was an even bigger opportunity beyond recruitment tech. That vision became Xeople, a company built on the idea that technology should simplify work, humanise data, and give power back to workers and businesses alike.

Sachin approaches business the same way he approached cricket—as a team game where precision, execution, and adaptability determine success. As Co-CEO of Xeople, he leads the product and technology strategy, ensuring the company stays ahead of the curve while Blake drives growth and commercial strategy. Together, they bring the perfect balance of strategy and execution, turning bold ideas into real, scalable solutions. He believes hard work creates its own luck, that chasing money is pointless if you don’t first win people, and that success comes from playing the long game. Outside of work, he’s a dedicated family man, passionate about mentoring, learning, and pushing the limits of what’s possible—always with the same quiet intensity that once fuelled his cricket dreams.

Blake Thomson is, in his own words, an “accidental entrepreneur.” Growing up in a healthcare recruitment family, he saw how great systems and great people create success—his mother, a night-shift nurse who inspired fierce loyalty, and his father, a master of process and structure, built a thriving business together. After helping design a prototype software to systemise the family agency, Blake turned down an offer to become CEO, instead choosing to co-found an entirely new company with CTO and now business partner, Sachin Nischal, to take Entire OnHire to market. The two met working inside the family business—Blake bringing big ideas and a natural ability to connect people, while Sachin focused on execution and technology. As a startup founder launching a new product, Blake quickly found his sweet spot—or as Sachin calls it, his “popcorn mind”—a brain bursting with wild ideas, rapid learning, and fearless execution.

As Entire OnHire grew, so did Blake’s passion for its impact. Standing shift workers—the nurses, chefs, teachers, tradies, and other frontline staff who keep the world running—deserved better tools to make work easier, fairer, and more accessible. But he saw a bigger challenge ahead: a looming global worker shortage and outdated systems that needed to be simpler, smarter, and more worker-centric. That vision led to Xeople, a company creating multiple products designed to humanise data, simplify work, and give power back to workers and employers alike. As Co-CEO, Blake drives growth, customer strategy, and commercial vision, ensuring Xeople stays ahead of industry trends while remaining deeply connected to the businesses and people it serves.

A lifelong gamer, AFL, and basketball player, Blake thrives on optimising teamwork, ensuring the right people are in the right roles, and creating the conditions for success. In business, just like in sport and gaming, strategy, problem-solving, and adaptability are the keys to winning—and that’s what makes it fun. With AI, gaming, and digital transformation reshaping the world, he believes the future will see workers own their skills, control their careers, and move seamlessly between opportunities—just like leveling up in an open-world game. He’s both fascinated and a little terrified by AI’s potential but sees it as a tool to augment, not replace, human potential.
