Xeople is pleased to announce the successful completion of a strategic share buyback, with the company’s leadership team now holding 100% ownership. As part of this transition, co-founders Sachin Nischal and Blake Thomson have acquired all remaining shares from third co-founder Stephen Thomson reinforcing their long-term commitment to Xeople’s future.
Xeople would like to acknowledge and thank Stephen for his role as an original founder of Entire Software in 2015. He was instrumental in launching the business and helping establish its early success. In 2018, Stephen stepped back into a board advisor role, and later became a silent shareholder. As part of this transition, Xeople are pleased to have been able to return his original investment— something the company is proud of after nearly a decade of growth.
Xeople has grown from its roots as Entire Software into a multi-product workforce technology company, supporting high-compliance industries with powerful recruitment, rostering, and payroll management solutions for thousands of workers across Australia and New Zealand.
“As we’ve grown over the past decade, we’ve transformed from a startup into a serious player in the recruitment and workforce tech space,” said Blake Thomson, Co-Founder and CEO of Xeople. “Completing this transition gives us the clear structure, focus, and alignment we need as a leadership team—and positions us perfectly for future investment, innovation, and expansion.”
Given the close nature of the original founding relationship, Xeople believe it’s important to acknowledge that while there have been no operational or leadership ties for many years, this transition formally concludes all remaining shareholder connections with the original family-owned agency.
Caring For You will remain a valued commercial client, and Xeople are proud to continue supporting their workforce operations. However, they are now one of many clients using the Xeople product suite.
This milestone ensures Xeople is now led entirely by those actively shaping the business, with full strategic control to execute on our long-term vision. Xeople remain committed to solving big workforce challenges in high-compliance industries—by humanising data and empowering people.
