Xeople Completes Strategic Share Buyback

As part of this transition, co-founders Sachin Nischal and Blake Thomson have acquired all remaining shares from third co-founder Stephen Thomson reinforcing their long-term commitment to Xeople’s future.

He was instrumental in launching the business and helping establish its early success. In 2018, Stephen stepped back into a board advisor role, and later became a silent shareholder.
